Copper Ingot
Cheapest way to do this is to camp out at
the Guild in Bastok and buy the copper for around 10gil
a piece. You could also mine it but you have the extra
costs of pickaxes involved and not always getting copper
ore.

If you saved your ingots you'll be set to
go. NPC the rings, they don't sell that fast on the AH.

Copper Hairpin
If you saved your ingots you'll be set to
go. However, you can also buy the copper ore to make the
ingots from the Guild for around 10gil or less each. If
you farm the crystals yourself you'll break about even
on this one by selling the hairpins back to the NPC for
40gil each.
